Design & Drafting Service:                                            $2.75 - $4.50 per sq ft(Includes complete design services, revisions, working drawings and construction doccuments)

1. Design Floor Plans: 1/8” scale floor plan(s) overlayed on site
2. Rendered ¼” scale Front Elevation
3. SITE PLAN: 1”=20’-0” scale or larger showing location of house, walks and drives and other improvements included in this proposal.  It is the responsibility of the Property Owner to provide a recent, accurate survey with topography and tree locations if applicable.
4. FLOOR PLAN(S): ¼” scale floor plans showing dimensions, door and window sizes, cabinet and appliance locations and other features as required.
5. EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS: ¼” scale exterior elevations indicating plate heights, roof slopes, exterior finishes and other exterior details as required.
6. INTERIOR ELEVATIONS: 3/8” scale interior elevations of home showing cabinets, arches, niches and other interior details.
7. ELECTRICAL PLAN:  ¼” scale electrical plan showing locations of electrical components within the residence.  Specialized audio, video and data components will be the responsibility of the property owner.
8. ROOF PLAN:  1/8” scale, top-down roof plan showing ridges, valleys, slope and roof drainage.
9. SECTIONS & DETAILS:  ¾” to 1 ½” scale typical wall section, fascia & soffit detail, stair section and necessary construction details to comply with local permitting requirements.
